Rittman EV introduces telemedicine program

Rittman Schools were featured in the August Issue of Ohio School Boards Association Journal for the implementation of the Telemed Program.  Take a minute to read over the article and learn more about how it works.

Please note:

If staff or students get sick during the school day, telemedicine is now available.  Equipment in the clinic allows a physical assessment to be done by the nurse under the direction of a nurse practitioner for diagnosis and treatment as needed.  Parent or guardian may be part of the visit as well via a computer or smart phone.  Cost is $20 for staff and $10 for students (waived for students eligible for free/ reduced lunches).  Consents printable online, call Myra Pierce RN at 330-927-7462 with questions.
